The Recreation and Parks department does generate revenues which offset operating and maintenance costs of the parks And the launching area is a part of Rec and Parks. If you are a boater then you should realize the value of a slip as compared to trailering and launching every time you want to use your boat. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: As for your other comment, the parks in Ocean Pines are certaily major amenities and they are subsidized by all lot owners.
