actually, norm, i have known there is a leash law since moving here eight years ago. There was no leash law in Ocean Pines eight years ago. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: actually, norm, i have known there is a leash law since moving here eight years ago. my hesitancy has been because he is one of the neighbors and i have tried to be in "good standing" with all the neighbors. however, having said this, i WILL remind this man about the leash law next time. thanks, -nanci |
