I'll check it out. Meantime I'm looking into how lot owners can get directly involved as the board refuses to look out for us.

Don't you think that your statement is a little unfair?  Reading posts from you, Bill and Les, it would appear that the BoD did get involved but didn't do it in a way that was satisfactory to you.  Maybe they didn't ask the right questions, maybe they didn't go about it the right way, maybe just maybe they aren't as political savoy as you, but they did meet and talk with our politicians.
