dave, of the seasons, winter, you would think, would garner the most messages on the forum. the obvious reason for that is people, in general, spend more time inside their homes than during other times of the year. i am supportive of this forum. it's a good source of information, opinion and is truly entertaining. i don't care for the zingers passed back and forth. i pull out the dart and move on. i've thought this many times when there are just a few messages posted: there is nothing to talk about; there are no big controversies, i.e., the community center, the enclosed pool, etc. sincerely, -nanci |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Nancy, not to be negative or non supportive of this forum, but your comment to Bill about the "ranting" and opinion of this by others is the point I have attempted to make for many months. I don't know if you or other forum members have noticed, but the forum participation has fallen from dozens of people posting to about six to eight on a regular basis. People have a right to their opinions and should be able to express them without being chastised and or belittled, IMHO. When this happens people stop putting their chins out. |
