How about Directors acting like normal Citizens of Maryland and Worcester County and giving a happy hoot about what happens??

I am not a BoD member, but I certainly care about what happens in BOTH my communities....in BOTH counties.

In my opinion you have shirked your duty by being uninvolved.

What would you have said if Mr. Mathias had come directly to Bill Z. as Pres. and he called the BoD together to discuss the issue?

I realize that you did not know about the issue because the General Manager did not tell you.

It is water under the bridge at this point unless something major happens soon. Feb. 8 is the very last day that a bill can be filed.
