Everything you say is pretty much on target. However, the fact that we missed the boat initially doesn't mean we should not try and get on the boat now.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Our votes are very highly regarded, but the initial contacts with the leadership of Ocean Pines with regard to this issue, were met with indifference and basically a "no interest", Ocean Pines policy. Further, these contacts were NOT communicated to the BOD. The legislation therefore, moved forward without us. |
