I can only find that this kind of behavior is, for the most part, prohibited. It's been mentioned several time already on the Forum, with examples being given, that the by-laws do not totally prohibit the BOD from engaging in politics. You know it and we all know it. If you really believed it was prohibited, why didn't you and others prevent, stop or not participate in the meeting with Delegate Mathias? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Rick: "responsibilities of the BOD" Please direct me to the Ocean Pines document which requires our board of directors to engage in County, State, or Federal legislation or politics.
