Description: Doug Parks. Served on OPA Board of Directors for 7 years.

Parks' final term on the Board officially expired with the 2023 annual meeting. He was appointed in 2016, and then elected in 2017 and again in 2020, and he served as president for four of his seven years.

"It's been an honor and privilege to have been elected to serve this community over the past seven years, and I just wanted to recognize and thank the folks that supported during that time. I appreciate all the help that I got," he said.
