Description: Marine Steve Rakow poses in front of the Marine "Service Wall" of the Veterans Memorial. Steve's dad, Bill Rakow, was unable to attend dedication but Bill was the construction manager for the entire Memorial and is as responsible as anyone for bringing the project to fruition.
