Description: This image was provided to me, the Board of Directors and CPI by OPA Board candidate Bill Zawacki. In his comments to the board he wrote:
The attached photo was taken at approximately 6PM on Saturday, July 11th. If you don’t recognize the location it is just outside of the paddle tennis building at the Manklin Tennis Facility. This location is clearly OPA property and our Sign Guidelines as distributed to all candidates expressly forbid placement of signs on OPA property.
I thought we all agreed to play by the rules.
