Description: Chris Wareing Pintail Drive, Ocean Pines Chris relocated from Long Island and has been an Ocean Pines resident from 1982-1991 and again from 2001 to the present time. Having owned three homes in the Pines in various sections and raised two children in the area during the same time frames, Chris is able to see the effects of change and the challenges of growth. With formal education in business management Chris has demonstrated skills in small business development and financial management. Chris operates a Property Management and Investment company managing property in Delaware, Maryland and South Carolina. He has been involved in the real estate rental and maintenance service for over 25 years providing assessment of property condition, renovation and general repairs. In addition Chris is experienced in the marine industry having worked for over 15 years as a full service marine retailer property manager. This included waterfront areas of management. Chris has served in a variety of officer positions, including president and treasurer for Holly Oak Acres Condominium Association while living in the Delaware area. Chris is both a licensed captain and an FAA licensed pilot. His wife is currently a full time associate at Atlantic General Hospital. Chris is actively involved in local services to support the needs of our community and individuals with substance abuse addiction. He along with his family spent two years sailing the Caribbean fulfilling a lifelong dream of both he and his wife. Chris recognizes the importance of living your dreams and looks forward to the opportunity to support the visions of the residents of Ocean Pines.
