Description: Ocean Pines Angler Budd Heim holds up what proved to be the winning flounder at 22 1/4 inches caught during the MSSA flounder tournament in July. Fishing partner Harry Doan looks on in disbelief. The tournament officially ended at 3:30PM and there was some discussion about whether this fish was caught within the tournament time limit. However, satellite photos later confirmed that indeed this fish was legal.
