Description: Reid Sterrett Edgewood Drive, Ocean Pines Born in Wisconsin (1950), I grew up in Staunton, Virginia and moved to “Delmarva” in 1972. I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from UMES (1975). Resident of Worcester County since 1976, I moved to Ocean Pines in March 1998. I work for the State’s Attorney for Wicomico County as director of the Diversionary Programs (13th year). Previously, I worked for the State of Maryland as an Addictions counselor. I have 15 years experience as administrative assistant in the private sector. My wife, Robin, has worked 20 years in Worcester schools, primarily in Special Education. She is an educational assistant at Showell Elementary. Our 10 year old son, John, is finishing 4th grade at Berlin Intermediate. He is active in Webelo Scout Pack 480 in Ocean Pines, Berlin Little League and all Ocean Pines “Rec” Department activities. We have 4 other grown children and 7 grandchildren. We are members of nearby Friendship United Methodist Church where we both volunteer as Sunday School teachers and I serve on the Board. We enjoy cooking, camping and traveling.
