The Veterans Memorial Foundation is planning a fundraising dinner dance on May 28 at the Ocean Pines Yacht Club.  Marie Gilmore, the chairman of this gala event, has announced that entertainment will be by Shore Jazz with Holly Lane performing a USO-type Show.  There will be a silent and a live auction, and all profits from the event will go the Foundation to ensure the maintenance of the memorial and to assist in the planned second phase which is a self-guided historic educational trail leading to the site.

 

The attire for the dinner dance will be casual/elegant and tickets are $75.00 per person.  Reservations are limited and may be made by calling Marie Gilmore at 410.208.6612.  Checks should be made payable to the Worcester County Veterans Memorial Foundation and may be sent to Marie at 3 Lighthouse Court, Ocean Pines.
