Cook Like A Chef Cooking Classes - 1/6/2005
The Ocean Pines Yacht Club will be offering cooking classes beginning Thursday, February 3 at 5 p.m. with Executive Chef Paul Suplee.
The lessons will be $30 per person and will include:
- A 1 – 1.5 hour cooking demonstration
- Tasting Buffet
- Non-alcoholic beverages
- Recipe booklet with tips and notes of interest
The first class will be an introduction to the professional kitchen and the focus will be on techniques, ingredients and menu planning for entertaining guests at your home.
Our chef, Paul Suplee, comes to the Ocean Pines community from the Dunes Manor Hotel in Ocean City. Other stops in his culinary career include Four Seasons Aviara in Carlsbad, California, the Carousel Beachfront Resort & Suites of Ocean City, and the Polo Grill of Baltimore.
Chef Suplee graduated from Johnson & Wales University with an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts in 1987, and received his Bachelor's in History from Loyola College of Baltimore in 1997. Chef Suplee is a resident of Ocean Pines, where he lives with his wife and three children.
